TEAR GAS

Esses roqueiros com base no progressive/heavy  em  Glasgow   foram originalmente conhecida como Mustard. Seu primeiro vocalista Andy Mulvey já anteriormente foi dos poetas. No entanto, ele foi logo substituído por David Batchelor e em torno do mesmo tempo, Gilson Lavis (o baterista original, que mais tarde jogou com Squeeze) foi substituído por Richard Monro do Ritchie Blackmore's Mandrake Root. Este line-up gravado Piggy Getter Go, que pouco impacto. Em 1970, Hugh McKenna assumiu papel vocal Batchelor e Ted McKenna (ex-Dream Police) Monro aliviada na bateria. Eles gravaram um segundo álbum e tentou estabelecer-se na cena underground, mas foram indo a lugar algum com a sua marca de rock pesado dança cansado, até que se uniram com Alex Harvey em agosto de 1972 para se tornar o The Sensational Alex Harvey Band.
